Sera (she/her) hails from Te Papa-i-Oea/Palmerston North, Aotearoa. She studied Visual Arts at RMIT in Narrm/Melbourne and afterwards spent time creating murals and exhibiting her works throughout the city till she eventually found tattooing and instantly fell in love. Sera enjoys making tattoos in Black and Grey that draw from a fondness of old tattoo shop flash, reimagined through the experience of a queer woman in a modern context. Using fine lines, she brings together soft, intricate details with more bold, hard and sharp elements with the intention of imbuing a feeling of beauty and strength in anyone who wears her work.
