Pete Wheeler is a New Zealand artist who holds a BFA from Otago and an MFA from University of Canterbury. His practice engages big issues and shamelessly relays his personal opinions on topics including religion, sex and politics. Dissonance, segregation and tension are expressed through Wheeler’s imagery which he weaves together in unexpected ways.
